Purchased a 90 day trial offer for what i thought was going to be $4.95. It wasn't until the payment was processed that it said the total payable was $196.95 and that there was a rebate of $192.00. You can't access this rebate form until 30 days after the purchase date, which i did, I actually called and spoke to an operator about the required bottle code not being where the form said it was and was told to just put erased on the form. I did this as well as put what was on the bottles and sent it off 01/17/2014. Three months later I have not received my rebate (my credit card was also charged in American dollars which I wasn't made aware of prior), their email address no longer exists and the phone number I ring keeps giving the message I am ringing outside normal hours which I am not.
