I received a W-2 for this company but I never heard of them. Unfortunately I wrongly thought it was a parent company for one of the many merchandising companies I've worked for so I filed it with my 2013 taxes. It wasn't until I was told something that I went online & looked into it. I read other complaints on here about the same issue. One person said something about paperwork being submitted to Convergence Marketing caused this issue. While I did apply with Convergence I never did any work for them. Don't know if there is anything I can do now months later after I filed.
