The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity

The company says they back up the computer but when I tried to download it they folder names were there but none of the data was inside. The software hadn't backed up anything for over one year and I had paid $133 for each year. They would have auto renewed but I changed my card number and they couldn't. They say they will delete my files. There should be a way to recover lost files and retrieve them before deleting everything. It's bad company policy and horrible customer service.
