Don't ever deal with a lawyer in Indonesia named Chairil Adjis who owns the law firm Chairil Adjis & partners. He introduced me into a takeover of a company which was in the red and I had to put a US$1M deposit with him as legal representative and stakeholder. He then absconded and when I finally caught up with him he refuses to pay me back.
