I was offered to take a survey of 'Kaplan', which redirected me to a page for a number of gifts to be chosen for completing the survey. One of these was a 'Lorelia' cream which I could add to cart and order, paying just for the postage. (on the 01/04/14) The money for the postage was deducted from my account and the cream was delivered several days later.
I now however noted that 90 pounds were additionally deducted from the account!!! (15/04/14) These were deducted later without warning, as the cream was meant to be free ??! I feel that this is unacceptable and I was lied to as a consumer.
Other complaint found online suggest that I was charged because I did not cancel a 'free trial' - this was not made clear to me at all! Neither it seems to other consumers - the company is a scam...
