These scammers are keeping New Zealand Post afloat but are sending the poor and aged broke by demanding relatively small amounts of money at a time. unsolicited Mail from Netherlands could be stopped by customs at border, but their huge mail outs are too huge to be rejected by a desperate Mail delivery service in New Zealand.
