eStoreBuilder.com and their parent company slimming.com are nothing but scam artists. The website takes your money off your bank card and then proceeds to require extras. The site is bogus as there are supposed to be areas to manage certain things, and those areas do not exist. Just wait until you try to cancel. You cannot. After many try's I got lucky and it finally let me go into updating my payment method where I put a useless debit card number to keep them from getting any more money. After 3 weeks I was still unable to create, publish or launch a store. The action buttons for those things do not work to advance you through the process. Neither does the live chat button work, as there is no live chat. They never once answered an eMail for help. They never contacted me for the free professional help. There is an advertisement bar from the parent company at the top of every page, and that bar does not work, cannot be removed, and covers up things that are necessary. To date I have paid in $133 for absolutely nothing and can get not one single response from these crooks. I have demanded my money back in accordance with their guarantee, and still no response. Because of the bogus non-working web pages I could not cancel my account, so as I said I changed my debit card to one with no money on it. As a final resort I have filled out official forms and filed them with the internet fraud divisions of the Federal Governments of both the United States and the United Kingdom. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKED ASSHOLES!
