Had not noticed that when buying product online, that purchased product bought was not a one-off, and also that they automatically sent every month the same products unasked-for but also at a greatly enhanced purchase price, debited without any notice from my bank account, ( what's more charged at more than 10 times the original price!) When seen on bank statement that the product price had been increased so astronomically, I called them, cancelled the agreement that they said I had entered into, and they then confirmed cancellation by email. However within 24 hours another 2 packages arrived, and they had again debited my account. I emailed them and said I would return the unwanted goods provided they would refund me.
They agreed a refund minus US$30 admin charge! I am annoyed and complaining because the cost of posting them back will be about US$20. They should refund me the total and no deductions plus compensation for the time and effort in getting their mistake sorted out. Their web site is very misleading. I am also complaining to other authorities to alert others to the underhand way this company operates!
