The items do not only correspond to the photo shown or description stated on their site, i.e. wrong colour, wrong material; soles are damaged as well! There are no documents enclosed in the package or any details of said merchant. I tried to get into my account I have with them but to no avail, although I typed the correct details. I then requested for a change of password (as required) and clicked "Submit", a notice is shown that change of password will be sent to my email. To date, I have not received any response from their end of any kind.
