I agreed online to take a 14 day "free trial" of their "wonder face cream" as advertised as being used by Ellen Degeneres.
I gave my MasterCard no to pay $4.99 shipping charges. I declined to buy any more of their product.
Fifteen days later My MasterCard was billed $114.84 for my "subscription" to their product, that I had received nothing of. I calledmy credit card company and had to file a paper complaint. They gave me the phone no for Belle Complex who said they could only give a 70 percent refund of the charge, until I had received the free trial sample, returned it to a different address in Mississauga and paid the return shipping costs!!
Right now I am still out $41.62 as I have not yet gone to the Post Office to cover the return shipping. This has been a total scam!
They are covering their asses by saying I checked "yes" to their Terms of Conditions when I ordered the free sample and became subscribed to them!
