From their advertisement on Facebook - "Receive A Free 30 Day Supply Of Lorelia Anti-Aging Formula" and "Receive A Free 30 Day Supply Of Alore Anti-Wrinkle System, their advert is very misleading as it is only in the small print in the terms that they state its only free for 14 days and you will then be charged full price - which I was. My credit card was billed for £176.70. I would never have paid this amount for skin care. They also state a "100% satisfaction guarantee or full money back". The products do not suit my skin & after speaking with customer services they refused to refund. I feel this is a very dishonest way of doing business.
