A guest booked my flat than cancelled reservation on check in day.
Regularly i should be paid back by full reservation amount of €351.
But airbnb refunded money to guest not me.
Also it was guest's idea to cancel it because she found another place during check-in day.
According to cancellation policy and airbnb rules i must be charged. but they sent money to guest.
It is not fair.
I want justice and to refund my money.
I was damaged economically.
