Purchased a unit from tradecarview.

I selected and inquired on a non accident, no damage toyota.

This is to warn others not to purchase cars from Rao International Co LTD japan.

Ramu and his company are deceitful,

They sold a unit to me as a grade 4 with no damage, The unit was flagged damaged and no reply to my concerns were given by Ramu.

Here is the story...

Found a Add on tradecarview.com from Rao international co ltd - RAMU.

Add said no accident damage,
Contacted Ramu and was advised no damage at all its a grade 4 from end party. so no inspection detail available.

I emailed him and used the tradecarview message system to double check the Van re damage told both times no damage or rust.

A day after payment was made we noticed a dent in the rear lower panel on photos we never saw before and contacted mr Rao re the damage, I asked for more photos of the area because it would still be in his yard a day after payment correct? and said if in fact the damage was still there we do not want the unit.

No, Mr Rao said the unit already left his yard to go to port when we know this not the case. No company would send a Van to port without siting payment before hand.

After lengthly comunication he agreed to get a pre inspection report from Jevic before shipping. If it was damaged he would refund my money.

Wait for it...

(He sent through the km certification as the inspection report)
"Jevic say unit in excellent condition"

I advised Rao that it was merely a km certification and does not go into detail on the unit itself or the damage in question

even sent screen shots of the report where it says so...

He refused to accept it was only a km certification and sent the unit. repeating again that jevic say unit in excellent condition. its grade 4.

The Van arrived and what do you know its Damaged and has been flagged at our boarder as so.

We have been left with a damaged unit that will need repair and certification that the repair is upto standard costing us alot of money if the damage can be fixed at all.

I will upload all reports, snaps of the chats with Rao international, pictures of damage

I advised Rao international of this to no reply.
