I started a chat, and under guidens I used Skrill to transfer money to Paypal. The transaction was instant, they confirmed within minutes they received it, But I made a wrong note, I added information to my email ID "paypal" Why? coz the ID of paypal and Skrill are the same.
They said It needed to be approved by some financial team. I waited 7 hours for that (I guess The guy lives in a different timezone)
Off course, It was refused and after asking them what happened they said it was refused because its was my 1st transaction. I need to send new money In order for them to send the total to my paypal.
Then I asked okay, Send my money back..
They said, off course sir,.. We only need to make a request doing that will take 7 working days then you receive an email (why? "the financial team already disapproved my transaction") So that means to me, something is wrong here....
7 working days has past, No EMAIL!!
I inquire.. This time I copied the CHAT!!

why does the story keep changing? Before the financial team said Because i made this first transaction they cant approve to correct the note I did wrong by adding additional info. It was optional to do it by hand, but because it was my first transaction, it was rejected. Now a refund was possible but needed to wait 7 working days for it to be processed. Now you tell me, It cannot be done so my money you will not give back to me unless i give you more money?

I read other complaints and obvious to me that those people trying to talk it right by copy paste the same comment, same names come back. That it is legit? REALLY??

Better send back my money to redeem.
