Apparently I signed up for the free 7 day trial back in 2012, but they did not cancel when I requested and have been billing every year since then. There are 3 charges on my account and I have not used their services. When I tried to log in to them I have reached a stone wall. They continue to tell me to reenter my email, but will not let me through. I plan on trying to call tomorrow since it is now past the hours that they are open. Dates started 05/02/2012.
