I purchased a two year backup plan from JustCloud. The company website stated that the service was "100% automated" and "Sync Multiple Computers" When I tried to add my husband's computer, I was asked to pay an additional fee. I also realized that my videos were not being backed up (9.5 GB). Videos do not automatically back up even though the service is 100% automated. Again, I was asked to pay another fee. I called billing to ask for my money back. I have had the service for 34 days so I am past 30 day money back period. the company is not willing to give me any of my money back for the two year period of time I paid for.
