Responded to survey from a professional site. As a thank you offered a free gift, just needed to pay for shipping. Received free giftwith no invoice in package . Weeks later saw a charge on my bank for 97.88. Their rude offshore 'customer care' told me I didn't read the term clearly - that is was a trial. They would not identify the site that lured me to them with offer of free gift. Offered me $50 refund. I want full refund or the identity of site they contracted with to scam people.
