The eBay seller who goes by the eBay name: "blackjack 181818" claims to be a "real" shop and is apparently located in Brooklyn, New York.
His real name is Jack Shriqui and he runs his "company" together with his wife Helene.

They charged me $ 429, plus shipping ($ 50) for a pair of Chopard sunglasses SCH 941 579P, and according to his description on eBay, they are 100% authentic and brand NEW.
I received the sunglasses yesterday (Thursday 08/05/2014)and when I opened the package I found, to my great disappointment, that the sunglasses had scratches on the frame (on both sides) and had fingerprint marks all over the lenses. The cheap plastic case (Made in China) in which the sunglasses came, was also scratched and the sunglasses were inside an old and wrinkled resealable plastic pouch,with holes in it.
There item showed were clear signs of wear and usage!
It came with a ONE year guarantee card that had not been filled with all the details, such as serial number, date of purchase, dealership name and number. I contacted the manufacturer and they informed me that all their products come with a TWO year guarantee.
All this made me question the authenticity of the item. I strongly suspect that these are fake and that they have been used and returned by another customer (who probably also suspected that they were fake).

When you pay $ 429 for a pair of sunglasses you expect to get the real deal. Also they must be new and in PERFECT condition!
In this case the item was neither authentic or new!

I am investigating the possibilities of taking legal action againstthis so called "company".
I hope that they will be put out of business very soon!
