I have been waiting 7 months for my merchandise. I received a defect item, and another defective item as a replacement. Then they just stopped trying, and sent no further replacements. That was 4 months ago. I have never received a refund. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but Olejo did not respond to the complaint. Their parent company, Mattress Firm (which has a BBB rating of F,) does not regulate them in any way, and simply forwards complaints about Olejo TO Olejo(who ignores them). Complaints about the customer service manager go straight TO the customer service manager (who ignores them).
