I send American Bill Pay a total of $1076.40 for processing fee for a grant I was suppose to receive to pay my bills. At first on 2/3/2014 they paid my light and gas bill but they stop payment on the check because I did not pay the processing fee within 3 days. I paid the processing fee in full on 2/21/2014 and they said that checks would be mailed to my creditors within 24 hours. I waited and waited and at the same time I was receiving disconnection notices from my creditors. When I called them they had merge with American Benefits Foundation and they claimed that they do not have any records where I paid the processing fee or a grant was issued for me. Now they have de-activated my e-mail account. I have receipts for the money I sent by western union and I have copies of all the e-mail letters I sent me stating that they received my money. I need the $1076.40 refunded so I can pay on my bills
