I ordered Helena Rubenstein Long Lash mascara.
When not having received it after weeks,I contacted them via email. Got a reply saying it takes 18 business days to receive items.
After 20 business days, contacted them again.
This time, NO reply from them. Then, again sent an email saying if I'm not going to receive the item, I'd like a refund.
Guess what? NO REPLY from them!
A scam outfit for sure.
