In error I signed up for the $9fc membership on 3/18/2014.
I immediately called to inform them i do not fly that often and requested a cancellation on 3/18/2014. I requested a refund on my $59.95 charge. They informed me that the amount was nonrefundable. I feel this is a scam and fraudulent way of taking money on their end. This membership was canceled on 3/19/2014 at my request. Marie Geraci
