Received the product 5/5/14, promised a 14 day FREE trail after paying for shipping, yet I was charged $84.97 on 5/13/14. Every attempt to contact the company and have the matter rectified has been fruitless. Phoning the 888-376-0717 customer support number, the operator takes all my information, including the order number, pulls up the order then advises that the system is down, call back in 2-3 hours. Played this game all DAY! Emailed customer support, no response.
