Dear Alibaba,
We`re Novatek International LLC of Mongolia and my name is Odpurev.V, sales manager of this company. On 1st April we signed a 01/04/2014 Purchase contract for buying Stainless Steel Bar and Stainless Steel Sheet products with China Haiyang Metal Industrial Co Limited with sum of USD12325. And we transferred it`s prepayment after signing contract and balance payment transferred on 11th April already. According to contract delivery term, the seller need to deliver the contract good within 10 days after getting the balance payment. Delivery term was cPT Ulaanbaatar. But they still didn`t delivered it to us. We`re very worrying because of they don`t reply to our e-mail about concerning contract good delivering and also don`t receiving the phone call of us many times. So, please help us to connect with them and make sure what is going on for this issue. Because of we still didn`t receive the contract goods it`s making us a lot of trouble and economic lose. Hope you can help us. Looking forward your responce and help to us.
