Company took my money, via credit card. Two charges. 1st charge to ship at once. 2nd charge to ship this month (May). DSTV never made the first shipment. Dozens of calls to them,through their CSR Sheila, resulted in a
new excuse or a promise to ship. On one occasion they stated order one shipped but the Postal Service had misplaced the order. Problem is they will not provide any tracking number. That time resulted in another promise to re ship. Bottom line they have never shipped me anything and they won't refund my money.
BEWARE of this place. It is my opinion that they never had the product in the first place. There is no place on their website for comments but I'll bet, based on my experience, that they are ripping off a lot of folks.Purchase from a dealer you can verify.
