I ordered 2 different bottles of Coco Chanel perfume and when I hadn't received them within the allocated time, I emailed them many times and got no response.I had paid for tracking postage but wasn't provided a number to do this.
My package finally arrived and 1 of the bottles had leaked throughout the package and reeked of alcohol. The seal had been tampered with and obviously the perfume had been diluted -it wasn't the perfume I had used for 15 years - it is unusable. I emailed them for a refund and haven't heard anything. The other bottle is fine. This is fraudulent practice.

I would also like to claim the tracking postage I paid for that wasn't provided - a cost of $23.53 AUD - so a total of $ 157.13 AUD Thank you.
