I ordered the two eye creams on May 19th, 2014 and the next day I found complaints on line about this company taking money regularly out of people's accounts. It turns out this is a subscription not a "free trial paying shipping of $3.79 & $4.99". I immediately tried to cancel on line using the cancelation form provided. It came back mailer-daemon...no such address. I tried it again and got a reply that my account couldn't be found. Then I called the customer service number (open 24/7) at least seven times. Sometimes no answer, sometimes I went thru giving all my information only to have them say they couldn't find my account. So I decided I needed to wait until charges appear (which happened on the 21st of May), so I started over but they still couldn't find my account. I was also hung up on twice. I was not rude because is wanted to get this cancelled before they took more money. Then we found a second phone number that I called and it ended the same. There is NO way out except canceling my credit card. First I plan to return (unopened) the free trial creams (it has to be done within 14 days of shipping) but I need a Return Merchandise Authorization number that I'm sure I will not be given since THEY CANT FIND MY ACCOUNT!
According to the fine print...refusal of items doesn't cancel the order. I've never been caught in a SCAM like this but for sure it won't happen to me again. Repurchase first...order 2nd!
