I ordered a free sample, paying $5.99 for s&h. The confirmation said the product would arrive in 5 days. The fine print on the order page did say that it'd be automatically renewed for $99.99 after 15 days. The product took 21 days to arrive, turns out it came from China. Meanwhile I didn't have any way of contacting them and they charged the $99.99.
The package did have an enclosure which indicated their email is [email protected]. I'll try that and hopefully cancel future renewals, and maybe even get the $99.99 back.
