Free trial product to be sent from a survey I did on Peninsular HR system 04/16/2014.Cost of postage $8.In England so in sterling.
Nothing came,then opened cc statement today and they have taken $310. Got the cc company to block any further payments, they told me it is a big problem in the UK with numerous complaints . The cc told me, that when you pay postage you agree to accept the dd and product in their t & c's and unless product returned in 14 days we have had it. However, I never even got it to begin with.
