I wish to register a complaint re the lack of response from Pure Garcinia requesting refund of money paid to them on 25 Feb 2014.
A guarantee of refund was offered if not satisfied.
Two emails were sent re order 2295251 & bonus order 2295259. Their email states that one needs to contact them for a return order no. to be sent within 24 hours. I have complied with this but have not received an order return no.
This is now May & as yet no contact from them.The second email was sent in April 2014 and I still have no reply.
I even sent a new visa card no. for the refund.
I hope you can help me.
