I'm sorry to say but Verizon doesn't keep the best records, I signed up for auto pay for verizon for phone #(951)242-9019, and they charged my first debit card ending in 1183 for the amount of $85.87 but didn't credit that amount to my account. I ask that Verizon credit that amount or refund my money. Thank you.
