The scenario was the same as the previous complainants. They tricked me with their freebies and all their sales talk, seems like I was hypnotized. I did purchased the products thinking that my mother will be happy if I will give them to her as a gift but when I got home I realized that I did make a mistake, my mother don't really need those things. The following day, I went back to the store and returned all the products but they will not take. I told them that those products were not even opened from there packages and it was in my mother's house for less than 24 hrs. I changed my mind and don't want to purchase them. They won't take it, they didn't even let the products be moved inside the store. I didn't know what else to do, so I just took them back home.
Then now there's a problem with the water purifier, so I got the Warranty Card & dialed the number reflected in there but it was out of service. Went on-line to search another phone # listed under the company's name & found this instead. It is shocking and very disappointing.
Lesson I learned from this is when I go out shopping I should only buy things that is in my shopping list and not to rely on credit card.
And, hopefully those muggers will learn their lessons too. Please don't trick people, learn to earn an honest living. I worked hard for that money.
