Responded to a pop up add for a 'free trial', only pay for the postage. Had to give card details to get the product sent. Nowhere did it give the price of the product and if it said anything about it being a rolling contract it was well hidden. No supporting product with paperwork telling me either about the product or the billing terms. Heard no more until more, unsolicited, product turned up and a huge amount of money taken from my account. Rang the contact number, accussed the company of shjarp practice and eventually got promised a 50% refund of charges. Still and expensive product though. I will wait and see if the refund turns up. Alerted my bank and they won't allow any more payments. I of course cancelled with the company as well.
