On 16th April, I ordered, what I was led to believe, the brand new limited edition box set of Beverley Hills 90210, with all ten seasons in the correct box, as advertised on the website www.dvdpearl.com, for a present.
A small brown box arrived on 4th June with three broken VHS cases, with silver discs inside with a numbered sticker on each. This is not what I ordered and I want a full refund.
I have contacted the company on numerous occasions, but have had no reply.
