I ordered the "free" trial for 3.95. 2 days after I received the product I received a $99.00 charge on my card. When I called customer service I was told I missed the 14 day to cancel period. I hadn't even had a chance to open the trial box. They told me it was my fault and that I should have called them after waiting 5 days for the product to let them know I didn't receive it. What a scam!! So I got charged $99 for product I did not order or want or receive. I had to cancel my card just to stop them for charging me more.
