I know I shouldn't have, but I read a "pop up" ad on Facebook featuring Dr. Oz and the Premium Garcinia Extract. I ordered a "free" sample ($4.95 s/h).
This morning I was awakened by my credit card company telling me that there was suspicious activity on my credit card. Seems the above company charged me over $87. for this product. Upon calling them, they tell me that they can't give me a credit because I didn't call within some stated 14 days. Funny--I can't find the original ad anywhere. Going just to their website, there is a clear message about cancelling within 14 days or being billed $87+ per month. Since I did not order this product until May 31, and didn't receive it for several days, to me, 14 days does not apply yet.
They tell me my other option is to send the unopened product back and pay an $8.95 restocking fee!
