Although I REALLY INSIST in cancelling my purchases, the agent insisted that they could not help me cancel the orders due to the transaction have been done within 24 hours. The website immediately made the transaction from the credit card without even telling me the total amount, so how is it even possible for people to cancel according to their policies!!?? AND its not even shipped or pass 24 hours since the purchase was made!! "We reserve the right to cancel any order, any time and for any reason." this sentence is written in their terms and conditions, which means you COULD cancel the purchases but you choose not to help me. With no better option I can only respond according to the choices they gave me. BUT, cancelling the purchase is what I wanted.
