I ordered 2 bottles under their "trial Offer". On 5/7/14 I was billed $2.95 and $4.95 for them and was also charged a $0.09 international fee, which let me know they were coming from overseas. I received the bottles about 2 weeks later. On 5/20 my bank account was charged $89.95 and $87.63, I suppose for the 2 different bottles, but I was not made aware of any additional charges or the amounts. I stopped using the products a few days ago because they were not helping and I saw that my bank account was charged another $87.63 today. I do not want the product and will send back everything that I have left, and I want a refund of the money- the 2 charges of $87.63 and the $89.95. I called the customer service number today and actually got someone. I was trying to explain to her that I didn't understand why I was charged 13 days after the original order if it was supposed to be a trial. She did not speak very good English and said that she couldn't hear me and I talked louder and slower and asked her again why I was charged and she hung up on me. Great customer service there.
