I was sold a trial of this product and before I even had time to try them, they were taking almost 200 pound out of my account. Despite emailing and cancelling future payments with my bank. They are changing threir name around in order to still take money from Me. It has been 3 months now and even though they have said my email been acknowledged they haven't contacted me back. Have contacted the bank dispute team in April.
