I have had happen to my credit card the same as with the other complaints. May I was charged $9.95 and June I was charged $29.95. Even though I had gone online to see if Myscore offered free credit reports, I did not sign up when I found out the free credit report was just a way for the company to get their foot in the door to start charging a monthly fee. I called them today. They honored my request to cancel the monthly service and they are giving me a refund that will show up in 3-5 business days as a credit on my account. They also gave me a confirmation # to follow-up on their promises. Yes, they tried to retain me as a customer, but I was very firm telling them that I did not need there service at this point in time. The number to call is 855-331-9531.
