On May 25, 2014 I ordered free samples of two products from this company, agreeing to pay only the shipping charges of $9.80 Cdn. Today's bank statement shows charges of $99.81 for Derma Juvenate and $97.93 for Rejuvenate Max Rejuvenate,neither of which I have received except for the free samples.
My phone call to the company informed me that I should have received my sample within seven days, or advised them immediately and they would have extended the length of my trial period of 14 days.
Apparently, when I ordered the samples I agreed
to do this by reading the fine print, which I did not do.
