Online purchase if complete DVD set of TV show China Beach. Received email that order was processed with tracking shipment link and customer service phone number. The link shows a tracking from China to New York sorting station in May, with no further activity. The phone number gives you a recording, that all representatives are busy and a choice to wait or leave a message. I left a message, and also tried waiting over 30 minutes. I logged to website and requested status of my order two times, with no response.
