noticed 4 charges by this ECOMM HEFEI entered on my Citibank Acct. For the life of me don't recognize this merchant/company. Never placed orders abroad, anyway. Reported the fraudulent charges to Citibank already. Just wonder how this company got hold of my debit card, though. This world is getting worse by the second!
