I fell for the 'free trial, only pay for shipping and handling', where I used my debit card to pay for the shipping. I waited a few weeks and forgot about it, that was until I had a call from a loan company I am paying off let me know I had missed a payment. I couldn't believe what they said so shortly after ending my conversation with them, I checked my account to find $109NZD had been taken from my account to the same account as my payment for shipping and handling for the free trial.
Distraught about missing my loan repayment, I immediately called the New Zealand support line and told the woman on the other end that I had not authorised that payment and that I was yet to receive the trial of the product. She told me that she couldn't do anything about it and that I have to send the product back when I receive it in order to receive my refund. She told me I should receive it in the next week.

It was 3 weeks ago that I had made that call and I have tried contacting them via email only to have it come to my inbox, and I am kept on hold when I have tried calling the support numbers for NZ.

It may not seem like much money to some people, but this has had a huge impact on my life and it seems there is nothing I can do. I feel so stupid for trusting this site. I have canceled my debit card and am trying to find if anyone else has had this happen with this site.
