I opened a account trading binary options with Optimarkets own by Lerwick Capital Ltd United Kingdom. 17.07.2013 I invested 500$ and was given additional 500$ as bonus. 6.8.2013 i made a withdraw request during the process the bonus of 500$ was withdrawn from my trading account, after weeks of multiple contacts the request was rejected on the grounds that i need to trade trade 30x the volume of my bonus but the bonus was not refunded. In April 2014 i met the 30x volume requirement and on 11.04.2014 i made a withdraw request of 558$ which was pending for 2months after several email exchange finance department says they were reviewing some security issues of which my account was verified February 2014 for the second time on their request. Since May 2014 optimarkets has gone silent no email response i have been block from online chat and to make matter worst my request has been approved almost a month now but i have not receive the money to my bank account and the funds are still available in my trading account for trading but it is written approved on my withdraw request file. I have prove for with emails and screenshots.
