I saw the ad online for $4.95 for a trial bottle of Garcinia. I had not received it, but was charged $90.67. I called and Jennifer said that she would close account and credit my account which was done 05/02/2014.
However, on 05/21/2014 and 06/20/2014, they charged my acount $90.67 both times, illegally without my knowledge or approval and made my account go under. I sent an email to the last response, but have not heard. I kept calling the telephone number (888-243-8450). The first time, they had a place to send an email, now nothing. I returned the product unopened and they signed for it. What can I do now? They owe me $181.34, they kept the $4.95. The product was Garcinia, but the company says www.kcleanse.com and I did not get any cleansing products. I finally got through, the agent said that he would credit my bank account and close on their side and not bill my any more. I have blocked and cancelled my card too. I have learned an expensive lesson.
