On May 25, I ordered a free trial of their skin care product for shipping cost of $2.95. Today I get my credit card statement and find a charge of $97.88 on June 11 for something I didn't order (or for that matter receive). I called them & they insisted I had signed up for the monthly shipment & a charge of $97.88. This was news to me. If I signed up for this, it was a hidden statement somewhere in their endless surveys, etc. I have started a dispute with my credit card company & if they manage to go so far as to provide proof that I agreed to this, this one charge will be added back. If this happens, I will be going to the Texas Attorney General to see what they might be able to do. There's no doubt this is a scam & these people need to be taken out of business.
