I've already been intouch, stating i have NEVER had a loan & i only came across this when checking my online acc. tried to stop it but cas was gone. Up till now i thought you'd of noticed your error & that i have NEVER used your services, therefore why have i paid £44.99 to yourselves? Since you have not taken even a moment to email or address me in any way i have been intouch with Citizens Advice & several other investigation professionals i am giving u the chance to reimburse a man that is only on sick pay. Which is a mere £350 per month so with my handicap what you stole from me is nearly 2 wks food. please sort this out, you cannot need that as much as i do. Thank u & lets hope for speedy recovery
