I used this website thinking that it was the USPS website. However, I realized I didn't put in my address correctly and tried to find a number to call or email and could not find either an email or phone number. I contacted my bank to see if they could dispute this charge but they couldn't because I did not contact this website. Once I found that this website is a scam I found a number. The agent was rude and told me that they couldn't find my information. Not sure if they were lying to me or what. This company is horrible.
