I ordered flowers for my Aunt to be delievered on her birthday on 6/21/2014. They never arrived. I called and called. I finally got a hold of someone on Monday. They just did'nt deliver them and were not going to deliver them on Monday unless I called and asked. I wonder about all the other customers who did not get their flowers. I told them to cancel the order and refund me. Its been 5 days and I have yet to see the refund go through. What an awful experince.
